Hi! I am renting the second bedroom in my 2-bed / 1.5-bath in Greenpoint for January 15. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. The apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up. In-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher. The bedroom is cozy with a lot of light and can fit a twin or full-size bed comfortably with a nightstand and desk. The space has hardwood floors throughout, with tiling in the bathrooms. The full bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). The apartment is one block from the Nassau G and two blocks from McCarren Park. No pets (sadly!) and, ideally, someone who can stay until August 31.
