We have a room opening in our Crown Heights apartment, for a 3 month sublet available from Jan 15 to April 15.

$1300, utilities included, as well as a monthly cleaning service.

Room for sublet: A southern facing room that gets a bunch of great natural light. It measures 10’5” by 11’5” and has a deep closet & plenty of space for a queen-size bed, dresser &/or desk. The room will be unfurnished.

The rest of the apartment: Classic pre-war building on tree-lined Eastern Parkway, a 20 minute walk to Central Brooklyn Public Library, Botanic Gardens, and Prospect Park. We're on the top floor in a 4th floor walk-up. Nicely sized living room with two south-facing windows, beautiful parquet floors, and shared closet space. Fully furnished apartment, with a big couch, projector, dishwasher, etc. Large kitchen with plenty of counter space and one shared bathroom.

Transportation: We’re right off the Nostrand Ave 3 and cross-town bus is around the corner, as well as plenty of Citi bike stations close by. 10 min walk to the Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5.
