Furnished room available in my sunny 2 bedroom top floor corner apartment. 7 mins walk to Marcy JMZ, 10 mins to L train and a just a few blocks from Domino park. Many great amenities in close walking distance including supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants etc. Washer/ dryer on each floor, elevator, large rooftop.
The loft apartment has high ceilings and huge windows allround offering sun and great views throughout the day. Dishwasher, A/C, heat, 65" tv with large entertainment system.
The room is 8.5x11 ft with a built in loft, full size mattress, desk, drawers and full closet offered (separate from room). Not ideal for those highly sensitive to noise (its a busy neighbourhood).
