- Located near Onderdonk & Stanhope, the apartment is on the top (3rd) floor of a walk-up. ~10 minutes to the L or M train.

The Room:
- Located at the back of the apartment, offering a quieter space with minimal street noise.
- Roughly 12' x 9' (see layout for details).
- Privacy—our bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment.

Shared Spaces:
- Living room and kitchen are fully stocked and furnished.
- One shared bathroom located near your room, with ample storage space.

Utilities & Costs:
- Water & gas/heat included in rent.
- We split electric and WiFi (Spectrum).
