THE ROOM
It has 3 windows and is about 115 sqft, measuring ~10' x 11.5'. The 2 far corners in the pic are not perfect 90 angles and one corner has the Radiator.

THE APT
It's a 2 bedroom apt, 1 bathroom, with a good sized living room and kitchen, see the pics! There's 1 bathroom. This is on a 4th floor walk up in a 6 apt building. It's a quiet building, sometimes there's noise on the avenue.

UTILITIES
We'd split the bills for the internet and electricity. There's no gas bill.

My greatest interests are foreign language (I speak a few), literature and poetry, and organizing people to take them on adventures. I still part-time captain sailboats in NY Harbor during the season. I used to captain sailboats full time in the Northeast, Caribbean and Mediterranean.

Now I own & run a professional services business and works 12-15 hour days and am only home to shower and sleep. The weekends I spend with my wife and baby son upstate at her parents place where they live while I build the business in the City.
