The apartment is on a quiet street while still being close to all the energy Bushwick has to offer.

Available starting February 1st, month-to-month, with a minimum stay of 2 months. You’re welcome to stay longer if needed.

THE ROOM
The room is located on the basement level and comes fully furnished with a queen-size bed, clothing rack, shelving unit, coffee table, and chair. A desk can also be provided if needed.
The room has windows that bring in natural light, though it’s not overly bright. The street is quiet but not silent, so there may be light city background noise.
Perfect for one person who appreciates a clean, peaceful, and well-kept home.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is a beautiful duplex with central HVAC, making it comfortable year-round. You’ll be sharing the space with two others (myself and one female roommate), but the bedrooms are far apart, offering plenty of privacy. The home is warm, welcoming, and well located with easy access to the city.
Shared spaces include:
Fully equipped kitchen
Large dining area
Spacious living room / plant sanctuary
A bathroom with bathtub + separate WC (on lower level)

RENT & DETAILS
Rent is $1,750 per month, all utilities included.
A $500 security deposit is required and will be refunded at move-out.

House rules:
no pets,
no parties,
no couples or overnight guests.

The apartment is for 3 people total, and I prefer to keep it that way.
