Looking to have someone take over my spacious one bedroom for two weeks. Includes plant and cat care.

Feb 18 - March 2. Dates can be somewhat flexible but only a few days. Won't accept just a week.

My darling cat, Farrah Pawcett, is extremely friendly and loving. She is very easy to care for. I have an automatic feeder for breakfast and lunch. The feeder is connected to an app that can also be used if you are coming home late. I feed her wet food in the evening and treats in the morning and evening. She is a cuddler and will win you over easily. She will appreciate all the love and attention you can give her.

The bedroom has a full bed. The living room has a large desk for any WFH travelers. There is lots of wonderful light in this room with three bay windows. I have a projector for movie nights at home and a very comfortable couch.

The neighborhood is quiet with grocery stores, coffee shops, laundry facilities, bars, and restaurants around the corner. Tompkins has a block party every Sunday with art and clothing vendors. The Nostrand AC is 4 minute walk away.

Asking for $1,200 for the two weeks which includes all utilities. The price is reflective of the discount.
