Located on a sunny corner with tall brick ceilings and seven large windows, this versatile studio offers both a Wood Workshop and a Design Studio for a range of creative projects. The spaces are thoughtfully separated by a plexiglass wall, allowing visibility while keeping the work areas distinct.

The Wood Workshop includes essential woodworking machinery like table saws, miter saws, and drill presses, along with dust collection systems to keep the environment clean. In the Design Studio, you’ll find desks with large monitors, sewing machines, and ample wall space ideal for mood boards or setting up a photo backdrop.

This space is perfect for creatives like set designers, furniture makers, ceramic artists, and prop stylists. It also includes amenities such as an AC unit with heating, WiFi, a water machine, Nespresso machine, and a well-stocked storage area with plastic bins and cleaning supplies.

Location Perks: Situated in Dumbo, Brooklyn, just a short walk to the waterfront and surrounded by great dining spots, cafes, and beautiful walking paths. Plus, you’re close to the York Street subway stop (F line) and have easy access to delivery services, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

About This Lister

We’re a design brand specializing in furniture and interior projects. Over the past two years, we’ve set up this space to serve as a multi-functional design studio, wood workshop, and photo studio. It’s been a place where we’ve created in-house samples, done small production runs of furniture, and managed various interior design projects.

The setup has been an inspiring environment for our work, but as we’re relocating overseas, we’re now looking for someone special to make the most of this space and enjoy all it has to offer. As part of our lease, we’ll be keeping a few items in the entry area, which we’ll retrieve on periodic visits back to the city.

We’re hoping to find one creative individual or a small team who can fully utilize the studio’s potential with everything we’ve thoughtfully set up here.
