Subletting 1 bed in 3bed/2bath Prospect Heights/Crown Heights

$1300/mo + utilities and internet (~$100/pp in the winter)

We live in the penthouse of a four-floor walkup. You'll be living with my three bestest friends--one med student (femme-presenting, she/her), one PhD student (femme-presenting, she/her), and one teacher (male-presenting, he/him). We are all very friendly but also each enjoy our personal time. You will share a bathroom with the med student (femme, she/her). The PhD student and teacher are partnered and share the other bedroom and bathroom. They also own the most friendly dog I know named Romy. See pictured. They take care of the dog entirely, so you won't have to do a thing. You get to enjoy the best parts of having a dog without any of the fuss! I had a subletter in September who loved her stay.

Amenities:
Room includes full-size bed, bed sheets, towels, desk, computer monitor with HDMI cord, mirror, built-in and remote-controlled A/C and heater, etc. Apartment includes huge outside terrace, kitchen with all the appliances you could ever want, living room, and dishwasher. Building includes virtual doorman, in-building laundry, and access to roof.

Transportation:
Near 2, 3, 4, 5, Q, B, C trains. We all commute into Manhattan.

Nearby: Lots of bars, restaraunts, cafes, and grocery stores. 15 minute walk to Prospect Park and Brooklyn Library. You'll enjoy the best of Brooklyn life. We live on the border of Prospect Heights and Crown Heights, so you get to enjoy both neighborhoods.
