police/honking etc.

sunny glassed-in gym, great for a glass of wine at sunset.
It is close to 2 subway stations, a supermarket across the
street, restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood as well
as a farmers market in Fort Green.
This 1940s factory has a reliable elevator, door entry by
fob and cameras in the lobby and all public areas for security.

About This Lister

am a multidisciplinary artist, I love being inspired and my
place has become part of my inspiration. I am very neat
and careful in my space as blanched floors and white
counters, I always have shoes off to keep it a great place
to lounge in without street dirt.
I own the space and designed it with these great architects
8 years ago, it was featured in several design magazines.
It is a peaceful building with the board members on my
floor, who are strict about noise after 11 pm.
