About This Lister

am a multidisciplinary artist, I love being inspired and my
place has become part of my inspiration. I am very neat
and careful in my space as blanched floors and white
counters, I always have shoes off to keep it a great place
to lounge in without street dirt.
I own the space and designed it with these great architects
8 years ago, it was featured in several design magazines.
It is a peaceful building with the board members on my
floor, who are strict about noise after 11 pm.

Rental requirements

I will require a reference from a prior landlord or employer, and financial records with your address on it.
I will require a deposit for the rental to confirm and secure the rental. Then the 1st month's rent is the day before arrival.
Utilities will be taken out of the deposit
at the end of the month once the bills have been given, and the rest of the deposit returned.
I have owned the space for 8 years

I will give you the keys if we meet before the rental date, or I will
leave the keys in a lockbox. I have someone to help if needed.
I will supply an agreement and a house manual.
