I do not allow parties in the apartment neighbors will complain as it is a tranquil community in this building.
I am the owner and the landlord; I will be your direct contact for any questions, etc.
I always provide a detailed apartment manual before moving in by email and a physical copy left in the apartment

Rental requirements

I will require a reference from a prior landlord or employee, and financial records with your address and name on it.
I will also require a deposit to confirm and secure the rental and the first month's rent to confirm the booking.
The utility bills will be deducted from the deposit on the refund of the deposit.
I will supply an agreement that we will both sign at the time of deposit.
