Hello! I'm subletting my lovely apartment while I'm traveling over the holidays, and looking for a responsible person who might be interested in staying here while I'm away. I subletted when I first moved to LA to figure out want neighborhood I wanted to be in, so hoping to provide that for someone else new to the city, or a landing pad in a familiar neighborhood for someone visiting.

Conveniently nestled at the bottom of the Hollywood Hills, my bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment is right off the 101, and conveniently close to Los Feliz (10 minute drive east), WeHo (10 minute drive west), and Studio City / North Hollywood (10 minute drive north). It's also a 15 minute walk to the Hollywood/Vine red line metro, the famous Sunday Hollywood farmer's market, and tons of bars and restaurants, and a great cafe less than 5 minutes away.

The apartment is sunny and spacious, with an open plan kitchen / living /dining area with a dining table and four chairs, queen-sized sleep sofa, and standing desk with monitor. Separate bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the bathroom has a bathtub and great water pressure. Private balcony is great for reading in the afternoons, and the building also has a shared plant-filled courtyard with multiple seating areas.

The apartment has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wifi, mini split for A/C and heating, and includes one parking space for a small car.

Apartment is a second floor walk-up. No pets. Includes all utilities.
