Quiet street and building with wonderful neighbors. Prefer someone who is also quiet and neat. Ideally looking to sublet to a single female but can be flexible.
4th floor walk up, no elevator.
There is a laundromat downstairs.

Rental requirements
Copy of identification and rent payment up front. Will require a small deposit to secure rent - 20% of the total amount of days staying. Will be returned upon my return to the apartment.
Ideally would like to pass keys at time of deposit and also meet / show the space before the 23rd.
Internet and all other utilities are included in the price.
