Also a 10 min walk to the G, M, or J trains, and walkable to cool spots like Winson and duck duck or to Williamsburg proper or Bushwick.

The apartment gets a lot of light in the morning and has hardwood floors. There is a full kitchen with cooking utensils. Living room has a large smart TV. Bedroom has a large closet and an adjustable standing desk. There is wifi, a window-unit ac, a standing fan, and building operated heat. Utilities are not included in the rent. No dishwasher or laundry, but laundromat is just around the corner. Please ignore the Christmas tree in the photos :)
