I'm subletting my fully furnished Flatbush studio from January 16 - February 16, 2025. The apartment is ideal for a single person but open to couples as well.

A few notes about my home:

- I'm in Flatbush close to the Parkside Q and Winthrop Street 2/5 and a 10 minute walk from Prospect Park.
- Rent is $2100 including all utilities and cleaning fee
- The apartment is on the 6th floor of an elevator building.
- Wifi is provided through Verizon Fios
- Unfortunately no pets during this stay (the pup in the photo is a friend's)
