I’m traveling abroad and looking for a considerate, clean, and responsible person to sublet my cozy furnished 1-bedroom apartment starting April 1, 2025 (with flexible move-in and move-out dates). Sublet for at least one month. ALL utilities included. This space welcomes good energy—hopefully, you do too!

The Neighborhood:

Nestled on the edge of Clinton Hill & Bedford-Stuyvesant, this apartment is conveniently located on the same block as the Franklin Ave stop on the C line—just a 25-minute ride to Manhattan. While the street is lively, the apartment faces the back, making it much quieter. There's a bar that gets busy in the summer months, but things settle down by midnight. The building is an early 2000s construction.

A Citibike station is nearby, next to a charming kid's park with green space and courts. You’ll also find great restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores, including:

• Otway
• Loccanda
• Lincoln Market (groceries)

The building offers a laundry room and gym on the second floor, but there are also two drop-off laundromats on the block.

The Details:

• Rent: $3,200/month (all utilities included)
• Electricity going above $150 will be charged separately

• Single occupancy preferred, but open to discussing additional occupants.
• No smoking inside the apartment
• Flexible dates (extensions available for an additional fee)
• $120/day for shorter stays
