Hi! I'm renting my fully furnished 2BR apartment in Crown Heights from Febuary 15 to April 5.
The apartment has good light from north and south exposures, beautiful hardwood floors, a dishwasher, smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom and ample closet space.
The second bedroom is currently furnished as a dining room/work space, but can easily be converted for sleep with a very plush Intex air mattress.
It's a great neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and a community center nearby.

- 2 minute walk to the 2 and 5 trains at President Street
- 4 minute walk to the 3 train at Nostrand Avenue

I am looking for someone reliable who will water the plants and treat the apartment as their own, with a preference for tenants who can stay the full period.
First payment due on signing, second payment due March 15th.
$300 deposit will be returned after inspection.
No pets unfortunately.
