I'm a writer and multidisciplinary artist. I'm going upstate to be in a play for 2 months and am looking for someone respectful and responsible to sublet my space while I'm away. The landlord is responsive but laid-back. Other tenants are really friendly and chill. The building is "renovated" in a bare-bones kind of way. Nothing fancy, but nothing busted either! I've been living in NYC since 2008, and have moved around a lot, and this is my favorite apartment and location I've had here.
