A sunny, quiet, fully-furnished room in a 2b/1b apartment is available for
a vegetarian woman who is non-smoking, mindful and respectful of others. You will be sharing the space only with me.

The pre-war building is well maintained but not barrier-free.
The apartment is on a 4th floor walk-up (no elevator), with 3-direction light & airflow, and floors. Set-up is cozy and comfortable, dotted with art, music, books, and plants.

The room has a large, wide window facing east, with the open sky above.
Wood furniture include a double-full bed, various storage options, and a work-desk & chair.

Shared kitchen and bathroom are kept clean and organized. Sorry, no dishwasher. Several laundromats are within a 5 minute walk.

The neighborhood is diverse and offers many options for body and mind cultivation.
