It’s a gorgeous art studio/office space with great sunset views of the city. Fully furnished with two desks, a couch and a refrigerator.

This is a shared space with myself only, I work remotely and am in the office 2/3 times a week during the daytime (mostly just sending emails and the occasional zoom call). I don’t mind alternating days if you prefer privacy/solitude, etc.

Access is 24/7 and a freight elevator is available weekdays until 5pm. Wifi and utilities are provided. There are two clean shared bathrooms on the floor.

If you want the space to yourself as a studio or office, it would be $1350/month (furnished). Happy to discuss.
