Renting for the following dates: January 19th - February 3rd(Thanksgiving)

The space is a sun-filled large studio apartment in Venice literally one block from the beach - you can't get more perfect than this! Fully equipped with:
- Temperpedic full mattress
- Smart TV
- Full kitchen, fridge and stove
- Washer/Dryer in the building
- A front garden and fire escapes to hang on!
- Nutribullet
- Non-toxic and non-stick pots and pans
- Closet and drawer space, if you'd like
- A/C and overhead fan
- Modern appliances in the kitchen and bathroom
- Glass standing shower
- Filtered shower head for the hard LA water

Truly can't get better than this if you're looking for a beach reprieve or want to be in the center of Venice - I have beach towels here, too, that you're more than welcome to use.

It is on the third floor (FYI it is a walk-up for accessibility purposes). The space includes a little enclave for the bed, a couch/living room, a kitchen with a little table and two chairs, and a nook leading to the closet and bathroom with a glass standing shower. It is fully furnished and super clean. Looking for a single, two friends, or a couple to enjoy my space while I am away - people who are clean, respectful, communicative and just overall awesome human beings!

The area is super, super walkable (I am originally from NYC, so this was important to me). Very close to some amazing places, including:
- Dudley Market
- Market Venice
- Great White
- Open (Yoga and breathwork studio)
- Shefayoga (great hot yoga)
- Flake
- Gjusta and Gjusta Grocer
- Abbot Kinney
- Artists and Flea on Saturday mornings for your shopping/vintage fixins
- The Farmer's Market on Friday mornings
- The Santa Monica Pier is about a 20-minute walk (which you should do anyway in the sunshine!)
- Fruit stands all along the boardwalk

Hi! My name is Danielle (she/her) and I was born and raised in NYC. I moved to LA a year ago and I love this apartment so much, it is so special. I am communicative, honest, respectful, and kind, and expect the same of whoever comes and stays.
