Sunny, light-filled studio available for rent.

I currently use the space for my teaching practice 4p-9p Monday through Friday, and Saturday mornings.

I am seeking to rent the space to one or two people to use for photography when I am not teaching; when you are in the space, it is all yours.

The space:
540 square feet
Two giant windows; incredible natural light
Rental includes larger space as well as smaller alcove space (not pictured; good for storage or a small desk setup)
Polished wood floor
HVAC system-- great heat and A/C
Rooftop access (gorgeous views of Manhattan Bridge)
Elevator building
Bathrooms right down the hall
Some storage available for your equipment in the small side room and in the wardrobes at the back of the room.

Couple notes:
-Piano in photos is no longer in there!
-Rugs are optional, probably getting rid of the larger one
-Open to rearranging the space / moving plants / etc with whomever ends up renting the space. I'm flexible, as long as the large area can remain open/uncluttered.

2 short blocks from the Brooklyn waterfront and Brooklyn Bridge Park
F train at York St one block away, 5 minute walk to AC trains at High St
Multiple parking garages on the block

Options:
500/month: lockout use (eg, the space is all yours) of the space 3 days per week
