Sun-filled, spacious two-bedroom apartment in a charming 1920’s building with an oversized courtyard and large pool surrounded by hundred-foot palm trees in the center of Los Feliz Village. Located off Hillhurst Avenue, around the corner from restaurants, coffee shops, bars, specialty shops and the amazing Griffith Park- home to hiking trails, the Greek Theater for concerts and public tennis courts and golf. I love this apartment- wonderful location and great value for the neighborhood. Previous sublettor enjoyed it so much, she rented two summers in a row.

Living and Dining Rooms:
Floor to ceiling windows overlooking the palm tree-filled courtyard and the mountains of Griffith Park. Entire apartment gets good light all day and a nice cross breeze! Living room has a 70” flatscreen with Netflix, Max, Hulu and Amazon run on highest-speed WiFi offered. Dining room has a four-seat table. Good sized coat closet with beach/pool equipment for you to enjoy.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Water cooler with jugs that can be refilled with filtered drinking water across the street at the grocery. I leave spices and oils for you to use during your stay.

Bedrooms:
Queen size bed with new mattress, ergonomic pillows and comfy bamboo linens. Ample storage in large closet and dresser. Hallway has a stocked utility closet and an empty linen closet for more storage. Second bedroom is set up as an office with a reading nook and desk overlooking the courtyard. I will be using one of the two closets in the office for storage.

Bathroom:
Large tub/shower combination with ample storage and a cabinet stocked with towels and first aid necessities.

Building:
The building is the last of its kind in Los Feliz. Gated entrance is accessed with a door code. It has a huge courtyard with grills and seating under a massive old tree. The pool gets sun all day- you can float the day away as the hundred foot palm trees sway in the breeze above you! The laundry room is coin operated. Entire building, including courtyard and pool are non-smoking. Please note: this is an adult residence, so no parties or late nites.

Neighborhood:
A couple minutes drive to the 101, 134 and 5. Neighborhood is fantastic and 100% walkable. Situated around the corner from the shops, markets and restaurants of Hillhurst Avenue and waking distance to the same on Vermont Avenue. Within a stone’s throw are Mess Hall, All Time, Maru, Blue Bottle, Little Dom’s, Los Feliz Café, Mustard Seed, Alcove, Sushi Ai, Lucifer’s Pizza, Inoteca Wine Bar, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Lassen’s Market, Albertson’s, Yucca’s burritos, Skylight Books, The Los Feliz 3 movie theater, The Dresden, Ye Old Rustic Inn, Sunday Farmer's Market- Los Feliz has something for everyone! A quick jaunt and you’re in Silverlake, Echo Park, Dodgers Stadium, DTLA and Koreatown.

Rent:
$3800/month includes: all utilities, high speed spectrum WiFi with Netflix, HBO, Amazon. One dedicated parking spot in a secure, gated garage included. The $150 cleaning fee is a one-time charge for after your rental ends- happy to recommend a cleaning crew at your request if you would like for longer rentals.
