Welcome! I'm subletting my dreamy one bedroom apartment in Los Feliz. It has original wood floors and windows galore, with beautiful morning light in the front room.

The apartment is 850 sq. ft. and includes a large living room with dining area, a study, kitchen, bedroom, and ample closet space.

Off-street parking is included, and you'll be able to use the shared W/D on site.

The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from Griffith Park, and close to both Vermont and Hillhurst. Groceries (Albertson's and Lassen's) are walking distance, as are many coffee shops, restaurants, shops, bars, and a movie theater. Hiking up to Griffith Observatory takes me about 45 minutes round trip from my front door!

The apartment is on the first floor of a two story building and has direct access to outside (no shared hallways). The entrance to the unit has three steps.

I'm a writer, filmmaker, comic artist (as in, cartoons), and comedian. I work as a paralegal to pay the bills. I keep pretty traditional hours as do my neighbors in the apartment complex. It's a small building so I'm friendly with all my neighbors and some have become good friends of mine! I am subleasing because I developed long covid and I will be living with my family for four months to recover.
