Our apartment looks into the Bowery Hotel- so just cross the street to get to one of NYC's most popular hotels (restaurant and bar are great). Very centrally located, just a 5 minute walk to Nolita, Soho, East Village and in the heart of Noho.

There is a walk up - 5th floor.

My wife and I live in the apartment full time and enjoy renting it out short term to travelers. I'm a photographer and New York resident for the last 25 years... yikes...

I'm the co-op board president, so always respectful and thoughtful of my neighbors needs as well as our own. Our apartment is sun filled and was fully renovated when we moved in. We hope you enjoy the space just as much as we do.
