Just three blocks (a quick 4-minute walk) from the beach and scenic walking path, The Strand, our home offers the perfect coastal retreat. Enjoy easy access to a variety of restaurants, small grocery stores, and the expansive park—located across the street.

The family-friendly park is a vibrant community hub featuring a playground, picnic tables, firepits, basketball courts, and a soccer field—perfect for families, dog walkers, and outdoor enthusiasts.

We have a toddler so our baby-friendly amenities include:

*Primary Bedroom - 1 King Bed
*Second Bedroom - 1 Crib
*Third Bedroom - Office Space / *Queen Air Mattress upon request

Parking: We have a small driveway with one designated parking space. Free parking is available across the street at the park until 10 PM; after that, street parking is required.

We are a dog friendly home. 1 house trained dog above the age of 1 is welcomed upon request.

The South Bay is truly a gem, offering endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure. Whether you're soaking up the sun at the beach, exploring local shops and restaurants, or enjoying the park across the street, there's something for everyone.

My husband and I are east coast transplants who love to travel often with our toddler and cute dog, Lenny. When we are in LA, we enjoy the beaches, hiking, and the delicious restaurant scene.
