Friendly, well-kept building with laundry and bike room on a quiet, residential block steps away from Tompkins Sq Park, East River Park, and many gardens. Several bus-stops nearby, (M9/M14/M8/M21) plus F and L train. The apartment is on the top floor of a walk up building, but the (manageable) hike is worth the light, quiet and views! Dates are flexible with the option to stay longer.
