This bright, open-plan apartment enjoys sunlight all day long (with the sun rising on the bedroom side and setting on the kitchen side). Located on the third floor (walk-up stairs), with no apartment above. The building has just two friendly neighbors and the cutest Bonsai Shop on the ground floor.
A lot of care went into curating the art and design of the space. It's filled with art, flourishing plants and treasures I’ve collected over the years. It’s a warm, comfortable space and I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I do.

I love my neighborhood and I'm happy to share a list of my favorite spots.
I'm a Creative Director originally from Argentina, and I’ve called New York home since 2011. As I’ll be spending some time back home with my family, I’m looking for a sweet and thoughtful person to enjoy and care for my special space while I’m away.
I kindly ask that you treat my home with the same care and respect that I do. Please keep it tidy and clean, and be mindful of the belongings that make this space inviting and comfortable. I also ask for respect toward the neighbors and the building—it's a small, close-knit community that I deeply cherish.
