-Currently has a queen sized bed/mattress (different than pictured) and desk that are for sale

-3 bed, 1 bath. Top floor of a small 3 floor building (no noise above us!)
-In-unit washer/dryer
-Large living room & kitchen (with AC/Heat)
-Great light
-Roof access!

-Very central to many trains (5min to C, 10min to B/Q/2/3, 15min to G/4/5)
-10min to Prospect Park
-Close to Vanderbilt & Washington Aves. and tons of bars & restaurants, multiple grocery stores
About This Lister
Current roommates are 2 men in their 30s. Very friendly and welcoming. One roommate occasionally boards dogs at the apartment, so you must be ok with dogs and unfortunately can’t have your own pets. We like to keep the apartment neat and share cleaning.
