I'm going away over the month over the Holidays and have a lovely apartment just blocks from Fort Greene park on Dekalb Avenue. You'd be surrounded by some of the best dining, shopping, and strolling in Brooklyn and incredibly centrally located for Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn travel.

Dates are somewhat flexible and I'd require a signed rental contract before moving in.

There is a home office space, a comfy queen bed, a dishwasher, and a full dining room table, TV with all the apps.

This is an apartment in a 3-unit building, and I'm good friends with the other two units who would be happy to lend you sugar if you need.

No pets please. 3-floor walk-up. Flexible dates.
