I'm looking for someone to sublet my apartment off the Parkside Q subway stop + 10min walk to the Prospect B/Q subway stop. The apartment is 5min walk to Prospect Park and close to Flatbush with tons of cafes, restaraunts and grocery.

Rent is $1300/month + ~$100 utilities/month. The room is available from April 10-June 30. The room is not 4/20 or smoking friendly. There is a fire escape that you are welcome to use instead.

The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment, the other roommate who is a lovely fine art photographer. We invited friends over occasionally but typically our space is a peaceful place to recharge.

Our kitchen is currently gluten free so the appliance can only be used for gf items. For dishes there will be a seperate sponge and we're asking you to wash extra well.

The apartment doesn't have a dishwasher / laundromat is less than 2min walk away. It's on the 4th floor w an elevator.
