This Queer friendly modern apartment is fully renovated building with, concierge, a gorgeous view of Flatbush & the Brooklyn Skyline. It’s clean minimalist with laundry and dishwasher in the unit.
It is just only a 10 minute walk from Prospect Park and lots of coffee shops, thrift stores, grocery stores, and other businesses many of which are Black owned. The apt is nextdoor to Edie Joe’s restaurant and bar & Queer friendly bar Midwood Flats & Anything is are few blocks away and a 45 minute subway ride to Times Square.
Transit: it’s a 6-8 minute walk to the Prospect Park station. The Q/B are the fastest and most efficient lines that can connect you to anywhere in the city. There is also the Shuttle train (at the same station) which can take you the 4, 5, 6 & 1, 2, 3 trains.
This is great for a couple or single person. This space contains some decore centered around nude men and sexual acts so of this bothers you this might not be a fit.
I am a BIPOC GAY & QUEER artist and performer who works in dance, theater & opera. I am foodie who loves coffee, Murder She Wrote, horror, arthouse films, broadway, experimental/performance art drag and gay shit!
I am a new tenant in this building and want to remain on good standing. There is a handbook you must read and agree to but nothing too crazy. The only really frustrating rule is that you are not permitted gym or yoga studio access due to liability rules. I wish this was not the case but it is non negotiable otherwise I hope you enjoy and have an exciting and relaxing stay.
