New apartment where we’ve lived for ~2 years. Furnished with a very comfortable king size bed.
Second bedroom is set up as an office with standing desk + queen size futon couch. High ceilings. Lots of light. Wall A/C and heat units in each room. Luxury fixtures. Small balcony. Elevator building.
This space is perfect for a single person WFH, or a couple. I am looking for a responsible, kind subletter who will treat this space as their own this winter while I am away.
We have a gym in the building and laundry machines in the basement. Dishwasher in unit. Full size bathtub. Verizon Fios high speed internet. Two small closets.
Looking for someone to stay for three months, from Sat, Feb 1 to Weds, April 30. No pets. No smoking.
