We’re heading to our family in Europe for parental leave with our 2 babies, so will have our beloved super sunny, southwest facing 2 bedroom apt with a terrace - in prime Williamsburg, available for sublet. Available mid May through September though end date is flex. Ideally renter takes entire period, but we also will be open to shorter rentals. Apt will come furnished.

Rental Fee: $6500 per month plus utilities (ie. electricity & internet not included, but the rest is).

We are a young professional couple with two boys - a 2.5 year old and a 1.5 year old and expecting our third baby! We have loved our apartment - but will be heading to spend time with family in Europe, so happy to sublet it. Only request is to take good care of it and the plants - it will come furnished with nice furniture (some custom made).
