Hello! I’m traveling from December 21 to March 9 and offering up my furnished space. Preference will be given to those interested in the full term.

Located on N. 10th and Berry, this charming 1-bed, 1-bath apartment is right on the border between Williamsburg and Greenpoint, just a couple blocks from McCarren Park and the East River waterfront—close to all the action, yet quiet and serene. You’re a couple blocks away from the Bedford L, one stop away from Manhattan. There’s a Citibike station right across the street.

The apartment is on the top floor of a three-story walk-up (up two flights of stairs). The 1910 building features hardwood floors and vintage charm. It gets a ton of light, and the spacious bedroom looks out over neighboring backyards. There’s a WFH setup in the living room, plus free laundry and bike parking in the basement. Wi-Fi and utilities are included.

The area is super convenient, with Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, CVS, and lots of great bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, gyms, and entertainment within easy walking distance.

I hope to keep the space shoe-free, and being able to take care of plants is a plus :) Please note: I have a cat, and while he will not be in the apartment, it may be a problem for those with severe allergies.
