I'm subletting my 1 bedroom Brooklyn, NY apartment while I'm away travelling (Dates can be semi flexible). Great Price! Very conveniently located — close to the Williamsburg bridge on a side street, pretty quiet but very central. Close to all the shops in Williamsburg. 7 minute walk from Marcy j m z station. 15 minute walk to Bedford ave L.

The apartment has a bedroom, a spacious living room/dining room area, and large kitchen. there is great light in the house during the day and the curtains when drawn make the house very dim at nights for those effected by the street light. I have full work desk setup as well for those working from home. There is an A/C unit that cools down the house for the hotter months and great heating for the cooler months. No laundry in the house but laundromat is a 4 minute walk from the house.

I'm looking for someone clean and polite to the neighbours who can also water my plants while I'm a way. If you're interested please email with some information about you (& Instagram/other socials if you care to share) and we can go from there.
