Hello! I’m subletting my sunny, spacious, recently renovated 2bd/2 bath in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens right next to Prospect Park beginning 3/1 or 3/15. Fully furnished and lovingly decorated, including plants, art and vintage furniture. End date is flexible, and looking for minimum two month commitment.

This is a large corner apartment (1200 sq ft), with a long bank of windows in the open living + dining room looking onto nothing but trees. A big balcony off the living room has an unobstructed view of the park and Manhattan/Downtown Brooklyn. Kitchen with plenty of counter/storage space and a dishwasher, fully stocked including high-end cookware. All the rooms get lots of light, and the bank of windows in the living room faces west to a stunning sunset over the park. It’s really a gem of an apartment that when people get, they keep – many tenants have been here for decades. Both rooms have bed (one queen, one full), desk, dresser and end tables. Large dining table with two insertable leaves (seats 12), two couches and armchair, high-end projector and stereo, nice vibey lighting and decor. Primary bath has a hot water bidet (iykyk). Powerful in-wall air conditioners in every room.

The building is very good. Three elevators. Laundry on our floor (almost always available). Fast and consistent internet (Fios). Big shared outdoor space. We have a great relationship with the super and management, who are both very responsive. There’s an attached parking garage with available car and bike parking (for an additional fee). Very very close to Prospect Park -- just about 3 blocks from the Lincoln Rd entrance and around the corner from the Botanic Gardens. A few mins walk to the Q/B/S at Prospect Park. Cross streets are Flatbush and Midwood.
