We're looking for some friendly folks to move into our 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex apartment in Cypress Hills. It is the top two floors of a townhouse. We lived there for 7 years with our twin boys and loved the neighborhood. Highland park is nearby, there is a lovely community garden, and a supermarket down the street. The building is on a quiet tree lined street with many families nearby.
The apartment occupies the top two floors of a 4 story house, with windows in every room and all sides, its sunny and light. The first floor is an open plan kitchen and living room with half bath,.It has hardwood floors, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Upstairs there is a larger primary bedroom and two additional smaller bedrooms. We used the middle room as an office.
