Rooms for Sublet
We have one sunny bedroom for on month + a couple of days available for most of April. This spacious room on the 2nd floor is complete with furniture of a cozy bed, desk, small couch and a dresser.
During this sublet opportunity there will only be one other roommate, young professional who loves to cook. Housemates include one older kitty cat and many plants.
Clean and quiet is important. No parties but house guests are welcome and we love hosting for dinner.
The location is near the Norwood J train and the Euclid A/C line. Getting to the city takes about 45mins on the A train for example. We are one express stop from the hub of Broadway Junction, and can access the L line there. It is easy to access neighborhoods such as Bushwick by transferring to the L train. For Bed Stuy or Crown Heights, it's easy to access via the A/C line. Ridgewood area has a direct bus line the B13.

Rental requirements
We would require a $200 deposit to hold the room, with would be refunded after move out. This would only be used if you confirm the rental, and then cancel or damage the space.
We can consider a prorated offer, just let us know the dates within the range suggested.
Pets Policy
We can consider pets depending on the pet and if we all believe they can coexist with the older cat in our place.
