Private apartment that is a 20 min train ride into Manhattan and Steps away from the Q that can sleep three in the Prospect Park/Prospect Lefferts Gardens neighborhood. Location is fabulous. 1 minute walk to the Parkside Q subway train and 2 minute walk to the ocean ave entrance of prospect park.
Rental period: May 4th through May 19th
($90 per day with 5 night minimum or $1200 for the full period)
Double bed with comfy memory foam mattress and dresser in the bedroom portion of the space. Air mattress available. Couch, TV (netflix and hulu available), keyboard in the living room portion of the space. The full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher) is an open concept kitchen with lots of counter space and an eat-in bar with barstools.

*NOTE* this is a ground floor unit and there is a very lively and active toddler upstairs. I have lived here for years and it does not bother me and I have a great relationship with my neighbors upstairs. If this level of ceiling noise will bother you, this rental will not be the right fit for you.
It’s right on the Q line—which is great for getting into Manhattan in 20 minutes or less and 10 min to downtown Brooklyn. Brooklyn Perk Coffee shop and grocery store across the street. Bars and restaurants up and down Flatbush Ave, and the entirety of prospect park just steps away (Saturday farmer's market, Smorgesborg, etc.)
Additional costs:
I will ask for a small security deposit in the event that anything is broken or damaged. I will return it to you after your stay as long as all of my belongings are in the same condition that they were when I left.
The total sublease price will include all utilities (high speed internet, electric, etc). I will only ask you to pay $60 on top of the cost for the cleaning lady to come and change sheets and clean the apartment after you leave.
