To the east, the apartment overlooks the International Youth Hostel housed in an historic 1838 building, open view down the avenue to the south. Because of its corner location, there is, at times, street traffic noise. There is plenty of hanging and closet shelf space as well as a desk and one file cabinet drawer. Hardwood floors, high ceilings.

The apartment is two minutes from the 1 train, eight minutes from the B/C trains, and served by multiple bus lines. 103rd Street connects Riverside Park with Central Park with easy park entrance access to both. Many good affordable restaurants in the area, walking distance to Columbia University.

The apartment's shared eat-in kitchen was fully renovated a year ago, the bathroom has in-tact black and white tile with excellent bathtub and shower. There’s a laundry facility in the basement of the building.

A female in her mid-thirties is living in the other bedroom during this time. Dates are flexible on either end.
