Looking to sublet my bright, plant-filled studio, just a short 7-minute walk to the 2/3/4/5 lines and 12 minutes from the B/Q lines. The building features a lovely rooftop with city views and a gym for your convenience. My studio also comes with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher in-unit. It’s near Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum and surrounded by great cafes and bars.

I am ideally looking for someone who can take over the apartment for the entire duration which I am away.

The rent is $3,000 per month + gas/electricity but I’m open to lowering it for anyone who can also take care of my cat for the duration of their stay.
