Looking for a new studiomate to join us in an amazing studio space in East Williamsburg/Bushwick beginning March 1st! The roughly 420+ sq ft studio is on the fourth floor of an historic factory building filled with many artists, and is a short walk off the Grand L stop – it also has a TON of storage space so you never have to keep your paintings/artwork on the ground.

Artists of any mediums are welcomed, with the exception of spray paint or anything that creates loud noise or dust.

- Rent: $455 a month (deposit required), not including heating which is shared/split
