Subletting our spacious light filled corner apartment on the top floor of a great building in Washington Heights. The apartment has elevator access, a bright and large bedroom, large eat in kitchen and laundry in basement. It has easy access to two train lines (A & 1) and is close to Fort Tryon park/the Cloisters and Inwood Hill park. The neighborhood also has three grocery stores and and plenty of restaurants and cafes.

About This Lister
I am an artist and my wife is a non-profit professional. We like to cook a lot, read, and generally keep things quiet and tidy in the apartment.
We have been spending time out of town for family reasons, which may also lead to potential future months to sublet
Lister's Relationship to the Space
We are the leaseholders and have lived in the building for three years.
Rental requirements
Rent is $1500 for the month of Feb (wifi and utilities included) with the possibility of more dates in March and April.
Pets Policy
Small dogs allowed if they're well house trained and quiet (we may ask for a small pet deposit). Unfortunately no cats due to allergies :(
