In-unit washer and dryer, two bathrooms, central AC and heating, beautiful roof access, lots of natural light, high ceilings, hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen, and super close to parks, bars, and restaurants.

Transit options:
The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the JMZ trains and a 15 minute walk to the L. The apartment is also a quick 8 minute walk to the Williamsburg Bus Plaza and a 2-3 minute walk from many buses on Bedford & Broadway. 5 minute walk to Domino Park!

About the roommates:
A diverse group of working professionals, all late 20s to early 30s. Although five people are living here, it never feels like it! Everyone has a different schedule with a low-key vibe and keeps the space tidy for a comfortable environment for everyone.

About you:
We hope to find someone in their late 20s to early 30s who is easygoing, tidy, and will complement the current living arrangement. On weeknights, the apartment is peaceful, and on weekends, more laid back. Not a “bring the party home” apartment, but we certainly like to get out and enjoy the city.
