One-Bedroom, fully furnished apartment in a very unique waterfront neighborhood in Brooklyn NYC. Apartment faces south with 3 big windows. Its very sunny, especially helpful this time of year! I am on the 2nd (top, walk-up) floor of a very quiet building on a quiet side street. There's a well appointed kitchen for those of you who like to cook, and a dining area with a table that seats 4 comfortably. The kitchen dining room and living room are all open to each other. There is also a nice comfy couch that pulls out into a sofa bed. The bedroom has a full sized bed. Temperpedic type, very comfortable. Of course there's wifi and all the streaming services you could want. Dates are flexible.

Hi - I'm a single guy (he/him) who has been living in this amazing apartment for almost 4 years. I have a gardening business that gives me some free time in the winter which I like to take advantage of by traveling. I'm friendly with a couple of the OG tenants (there are 5 apartments in all) - the other's I rarely see.
