In the heart of Rockaway Beach, near parking lot, all forms of transportation, grocery store, restaurants,and just a block from the beach and concession stands.

The space has many windows and gets great sunlight all day long, and is very quiet. It is very clean, spacious and uncluttered. It has a large walk in shower, all amenities for cooking and relaxing. High Speed Wifi. Near bike rental as well. 5 minute walk to subway. near bus stop. Along the ferry shuttle route or a 15 min walk to ferry. Bus route too.

There is one flight of stairs to walk up to the space.

Room to store surfboards.

We are interested in finding someone who may want to stay until May of next year .But for the rest of Winter and Spring we can do shorter stays. Feel free to reach out and we can discuss what works for you.

Winter is a great time of year out here..Sun is shining and the waves are great for surfing, and the crowds have dissipated . It's a great time of year for long walks , unwinding and taking some time to recharge and renew. Get focused on a project etc. while enjoying life by the beach! We have polar dips each Sunday in the community .
We take a small deposit to secure your booking that is deducted from the total of your booking.

There is a separate cleaning/laundry fee for each booking of 110.00.

🌞We also have a really cute one bedroom bungalow available that sleeps 4 that is available after Jan 6, and another unit as well. Inquire for info🌠
