Who hasn’t dreamed of spending the winter holidays in New York City!? Two weeks in Brooklyn, NYC is yours! The space typically holds a family of (2 adults, a teen and a young child), but can comfortably fit up to 6.

The house:
a privately-owned 4-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom brownstone on a quiet block in historic Bedstuy. : you’ll have access to the bottom 3 floors (our amazing tenant lives upstairs), including:
The renovated basement with washer and dryer, bikes, and access to storage
Ground level - the kitchen (which includes a dishwasher), living room, office space, bathroom with stand-up shower, access to the backyard, front of house table and chairs.
2nd floor - 10-ft high-celinged primary bedroom with walkout access to a custom backyard deck, 2 additional bedrooms, and a bathroom with a tub (there’s also street access from this floor)

*11pm-8am Quiet hours. There is *NO SMOKING AT ALL in the house. If smoking, please do so outside.

Public transportation: The express and local trains (J,M,Z,G) are a 10-minute walk from the house, and there are buses available as close as half a block away from the house. There are plenty of good places to eat within the neighborhood, as well as gems that deliver (seamless and grubhub are great food resources).

Provided: towels, washcloths, bed linens, paper products, drinkable filtered cold water in the kitchen. There are additional toiletries and cleaning supplies in the bathrooms, kitchen and basement. The kitchen has dishes, silverware, spices and basic necessities.

IMPORTANT: *NO EXTRA GUESTS/VISITORS OUTSIDE OF THOSE ON THE RESERVATION ALLOWED. PLS BE CLEAR, CONSISTENT AND HONEST ABOUT THE # OF GUESTS. VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES AND/OR END YOUR RESERVATION, WITH NO REFUND.

About This Lister

The owners: Nicole is a restorative justice consultant/educator, writer, and lover of the arts. Chacon is a creative with expertise in design ranging from ux, building and visual identity. Collectively we are founders and co-founders of BCWT Consulting, Soundbeef and Culture 12. We're raising two amazing sons - a teen and a toddler.

Pets Policy

Pets may be considered under circumstances that may include number, size, type, behaviors explained by the owners, as well as verbal and written consent. We may also require an additional deposit for potential damages.
