Awesome local coffee shop is across the street. Shaw Street, one of the city's major cycling streets is next to the suite. It is convenient to U of T.

The basement space is completely private, with its own entrance.

No smoking inside, no partiers. Best suited to a professional or mature student. Neat freaks preferred.
