Enjoy my lovely apartment while I travel this late winter/early spring!

The apartment occupies the entire third floor of a stand-alone building, making it very bright and private. There are large windows in every room and high ceilings throughout. The main bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom, which I use as an office/art room, has a Crate & Barrel sofa that easily converts into a double bed (more like a futon than a pull-out). The apartment includes a full bathroom and a well-stocked kitchen (I keep my knives sharp). There's a projector and Apple TV that are easy and fun to use, along with a Nest thermostat.

It's located in the Rondout Waterfront neighborhood of Kingston, NY — a charming and walkable area. There's always plenty of street parking.
